2. Service Area

We provide services in Richmond, VA, and surrounding areas.

3. Booking & Payment

No deposits are required at this time.

We currently accept cash or check.

Full payment is due upon completion of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure items for removal are accessible at the scheduled time.

Clearly identify items to be removed.

Ensure no hazardous materials are included.

5. Limitations of Liability

We are not liable for:

Any pre-existing damage to your property

Items left in junk piles that were not clearly marked for removal

Any incidental or consequential damages arising from our services

6. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from us for quotes, appointment reminders, and service updates.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to our number. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending messages.
